Ingredients
Eggs – 3
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Green chili – 1–2, finely chopped
Red chili powder – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Optional: Capsicum or carrot – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Execution
1. Prepare Egg Mixture
Beat eggs → add onion, tomato, green chili, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and optional veggies → mix well.
2. Cook Omelette
Heat oil/butter in a pan → pour egg mixture.
Cook on medium flame till the bottom sets → gently flip or fold → cook 1–2 mins more.
3. Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with toast, paratha, or as a wrap.
Additional tips
Adjust green chili and red chili powder for desired heat.
Cook on medium-low flame to keep it soft and fluffy.
You can add chopped garlic or ginger for an extra kick.
