Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3

  • Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Green chili – 1–2, finely chopped

  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)

  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp

  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped

  • Optional: Capsicum or carrot – 2 tbsp, finely chopped

Execution

1. Prepare Egg Mixture

  • Beat eggs → add onion, tomato, green chili, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and optional veggies → mix well.

2. Cook Omelette

  • Heat oil/butter in a pan → pour egg mixture.

  • Cook on medium flame till the bottom sets → gently flip or fold → cook 1–2 mins more.

3. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • Serve hot with toast, paratha, or as a wrap.

Additional tips

  • Adjust green chili and red chili powder for desired heat.

  • Cook on medium-low flame to keep it soft and fluffy.

  • You can add chopped garlic or ginger for an extra kick.
