Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3

  • Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Green chili – 1, finely chopped

  • Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp

  • Milk / Cream – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp

  • Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp

  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped

  • Optional: Grated cheese – 1 tbsp

Execution

1. Prepare Egg Mixture

  • Beat eggs → add milk/cream, onion, tomato, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper → mix well.

2. Cook Omelette

  • Heat butter/oil in a non-stick pan → pour the mixture.

  • Cook on medium-low flame till the bottom sets → gently fold → cook 1–2 mins more.

3. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh coriander or grated cheese.

  • Serve hot with toast, paratha, or as a side with biryani.

Additional tips

  • Adding milk or cream makes the omelette soft, fluffy, and “royal.”

  • Cook slowly on medium-low flame to avoid browning and retain richness.

  • Fold in cheese, paneer, or cooked veggies for extra flavor and luxury feel.
