Ingredients
Eggs – 3–4
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Capsicum / Bell pepper – ¼ cup, finely chopped
Carrot – 2 tbsp, grated
Green chili – 1, chopped
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Execution
1. Prepare Egg Mixture
Beat eggs in a bowl → add all chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper → mix well.
2. Cook Omelette
Heat oil/butter in a pan → pour egg-vegetable mixture.
Cook on medium flame till bottom sets → gently flip or fold and cook 1–2 mins more.
3. Serve
Serve hot with toast, bread, or as a wrap.
Additional tips
Chop veggies finely for even cooking and a soft omelette.
Cook on medium-low flame to prevent burning and keep it fluffy.
Add a splash of milk or cheese for extra creaminess and flavor.
