Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3–4

  • Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Capsicum / Bell pepper – ¼ cup, finely chopped

  • Carrot – 2 tbsp, grated

  • Green chili – 1, chopped

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp

  • Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp

  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped

Execution

1. Prepare Egg Mixture

  • Beat eggs in a bowl → add all chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper → mix well.

2. Cook Omelette

  • Heat oil/butter in a pan → pour egg-vegetable mixture.

  • Cook on medium flame till bottom sets → gently flip or fold and cook 1–2 mins more.

3. Serve

  • Serve hot with toast, bread, or as a wrap.

Additional tips

  • Chop veggies finely for even cooking and a soft omelette.

  • Cook on medium-low flame to prevent burning and keep it fluffy.

  • Add a splash of milk or cheese for extra creaminess and flavor.
