Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken – 200–250 g, shredded or diced

  • Lettuce / Mixed greens – 1 cup

  • Cucumber – ½, sliced

  • Tomato – 1, chopped

  • Onion – ½, thinly sliced

  • Capsicum / Bell pepper – ¼ cup, chopped

  • Olive oil – 1–2 tbsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Salt & black pepper – to taste

  • Optional: Boiled egg, olives, or feta cheese for extra protein

Execution

1. Prepare Salad Base

  • Wash and chop lettuce and vegetables → place in a bowl.

2. Add Chicken

  • Add shredded or diced cooked chicken on top of vegetables.

3. Dress Salad

  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice → sprinkle salt & black pepper → toss gently.

4. Serve

  • Serve chilled as a healthy meal or appetizer.

Additional tips

  • Use grilled or roasted chicken for better flavor than boiled.

  • Toss just before serving to keep veggies crisp.

  • Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch and protein boost.
