Ingredients

  • Roti / Paratha / Tortilla – 2

  • Cooked chicken – 150–200 g, shredded or diced

  • Onion – ½, thinly sliced

  • Cucumber – ¼, julienned

  • Carrot – 2 tbsp, grated

  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp, thinly sliced

  • Mayonnaise – 1–2 tbsp

  • Tomato ketchup / Chili sauce – 1 tbsp

  • Salt & pepper – to taste

  • Oil / Butter – 1 tsp

Execution

1. Prepare Chicken Filling

  • Mix cooked chicken with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and tomato ketchup/chili sauce.

  • Sauté onions and capsicum lightly if you want a warm filling.

2. Assemble Roll

  • Place roti/paratha on a flat surface → spread chicken filling in the center.

  • Add cucumber, carrot, and other veggies → roll tightly and tuck the sides.

3. Serve

  • Optionally, grill the roll on a pan for 1–2 mins to crisp up.

  • Serve hot with extra sauce or chutney.

Additional tips

  • Use warm, soft paratha or tortilla for easy rolling and better taste.

  • Add spicy mayo or green chutney for extra zing.

  • You can include cheese slices for a rich and creamy texture.
