Ingredients Millet (e.g., foxtail, pearl, or finger millet) – 1 cup, cooked and cooled Cucumber – ½, chopped Tomato – 1 small, chopped Bell peppers – ½ cup, chopped Onion – ½, finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp, grated Lemon juice – 1–2 tbsp Olive oil – 1 tbsp Salt & black pepper – to taste Fresh coriander / mint – 1–2 tbsp, chopped Optional: Roasted nuts or seeds – 2 tbsp Execution 1.
