Millet ponganalu
Ingredients 1 cup Foxtail Millet (or any millet of choice) ¼ cup Urad Dal (Black gram) 2 tbsp Poha (Flattened rice) – optional, for softness 1 tbsp Chana Dal (Bengal gram) 1 medium Onion – finely chopped 2 Green Chillies – finely chopped 1 tbsp Ginger – finely chopped Few Curry Leaves – chopped 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped Salt – as required Oil – for cooking Execution Batter Preparation Wash and soak millet, urad dal, chana dal, and poha for 4–5 hours.
