Ingredients
Pizza base – 1 (store-bought or homemade)
Cooked chicken – 150–200 g, shredded or diced
Onion – ½, thinly sliced
Capsicum / Bell pepper – ½, sliced
Tomato – ½, chopped
Pizza sauce / tomato ketchup – 3–4 tbsp
Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Oregano / Italian herbs – ½ tsp
Salt & black pepper – to taste
Execution
1. Prepare Base
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base.
2. Add Toppings
Arrange onion, capsicum, tomato, and cooked chicken on top.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, oregano, and grated mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake Pizza
Drizzle a little olive oil → bake for 12–15 mins or until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
4. Serve
Slice and serve hot with chili flakes or tomato ketchup.
Additional tips
Use grilled or roasted chicken for richer flavor.
Pre-bake the base for 2–3 mins to prevent sogginess.
Add fresh herbs like basil after baking for aroma and freshness.
