Ingredients
Cooked chicken – 200–250 g, shredded or diced
Lettuce / Mixed greens – 1 cup
Cucumber – ½, sliced
Tomato – 1, chopped
Onion – ½, thinly sliced
Capsicum / Bell pepper – ¼ cup, chopped
Olive oil – 1–2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt & black pepper – to taste
Optional: Boiled egg, olives, or feta cheese for extra protein
Execution
1. Prepare Salad Base
Wash and chop lettuce and vegetables → place in a bowl.
2. Add Chicken
Add shredded or diced cooked chicken on top of vegetables.
3. Dress Salad
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice → sprinkle salt & black pepper → toss gently.
4. Serve
Serve chilled as a healthy meal or appetizer.
Additional tips
Use grilled or roasted chicken for better flavor than boiled.
Toss just before serving to keep veggies crisp.
Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch and protein boost.
