Ingredients
Eggs – 3
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Green chili – 1, finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp
Milk / Cream – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Oil / Butter – 1–2 tsp
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Optional: Grated cheese – 1 tbsp
Execution
1. Prepare Egg Mixture
Beat eggs → add milk/cream, onion, tomato, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper → mix well.
2. Cook Omelette
Heat butter/oil in a non-stick pan → pour the mixture.
Cook on medium-low flame till the bottom sets → gently fold → cook 1–2 mins more.
3. Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander or grated cheese.
Serve hot with toast, paratha, or as a side with biryani.
Additional tips
Adding milk or cream makes the omelette soft, fluffy, and “royal.”
Cook slowly on medium-low flame to avoid browning and retain richness.
Fold in cheese, paneer, or cooked veggies for extra flavor and luxury feel.
